The "Racin Cajun", Jason Johnson showed a clean pair of heels to take wins in both his heat and feature race in the Gulf Southern ASCS showdown at Texarkana Speedway on Friday night. Driving the Lanny Row owned 41 Wesmar powered Eagle Chassis Johnson started his heat from position six. With cars headed in all directions and banging wheels Johnson took the unaccustomed low line early to be running in second behind Chris Sweeney. With four laps to run Sweeny got loose and that was all that was needed for Johnson to take the lead. |
